  On 2/27/16 Jerry Russell Heating and Air came to my home to analyze why my furnace was not working. He found that 2 parts needed to be replaced the motorized blower and thermocouple. Because the unit was more than 10 years old he advised that I replace the furnace. At his suggestion I did and he removed the old furnace and installed a new furnace on 3/5/16. (Back story: I had a new Air Conditioner unit installed on 6/13/2013) I turned on my A/C in May 2016 at a setting of 74 degrees which is where I always keep it. But on 6/5/16 the A/C stop putting out cool air. On Monday 6/6/16 a tech (Ricardo Sinclair ) from RS Mechanical checked the AC to find it was frozen including the outside coil. Upon checking the furnace the tech stated the new furnace didn't have an adequate blower to accommodate the ventilation for the A/C. I called Jerry Heating and Air and had the two tech talk. The A/C tech advised that a 2 ton furnace was installed on a 2.5 ton A/C system therefore the furnace installation doesn't match the existing A/C installation. I tried to get Jerry Heating and Air to come check the furnace blower and help to correct the issue and he flat out refused to do anything to correct the mismatch and raised his voice to me and stated it was my fault. I waited 2 weeks to see if Jerry Heating and Air would come check the problem and as today 6/19/2016 he haven't called or come to check out the problem. Me and my 14 year old was left in the heat for me to figure out my next step. I feel he should stand behind his work if he charged me to analyze the problem at the very least he should've replaced the furnace with the same blower that he removed and at the very least come back out to check the issue if I called about a problem only 3 months from the install. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will move forward with filing a complaint with the GA license board.
