  They changed staff recently and not sure why but when they did that's when everything went downhill. Some of the ladies are not nice at all. I now have missing clothes and bed sheets when before there was never an issue. They put the wrong name on the ticket when I say my name loud and clear. When I came to pick up I said that is my bag but not my name and she argued with me It's upsetting because I have used this place for over 10 years. I used to live in Mineola and now i am in Queens and was continuing to go there but now I am reconsidering

  the staff they have now is very bad they are not responsible with the work

  Looking for a cheaper laundromat, featuring an assortment of machine sizes. Dont want to pay for a double or triple loader when i barely have 1 load. Original information listed single load machines at $1.75, but when i got there, they were priced at $2.00. Ok. Do have to admit they are nice, clean machines; whole facility was relatively clean, which was nice. Limited seating. TV nice touch. A few tables for folding; 6 or so laundry carts. Snack & soda vending machine & ATM machine. Parking available out back. Good business hours; appreciate being open past 8, 9pm! I was there at 7pm; place was empty!

  Washing machine in my hotel ruined a cardigan so decided to find a local laundromat. Found this one using Google, it's not far from my hotel. Clean, next to restaurants on a busy street. I came by on a random Tuesday night and was able to snag a street parking space, there is also parking in the back. 14 medium - $1.75, 4 large - 4.00 and 2 extra large 5.50 front loading washers. 18 dryers, .25 cents for @7 minutes. 2 change machines, an ATM, and a vending machine are all available. This location also sells detergent, dryer sheets, and bleach. I'm so glad I found this place, it is staffed and stays opens fairly late. I believe they also offer a fluff and fold service if you need to drop off and pick up later. I would definitely recommend this laundromat, although I wouldn't recommend using there restroom. I didn't realize they had one and when I caught a glimpse it looks pretty rough. Overall my laundry is clean and dry and not ruined!
