  Awful. Full of open spots, had a reservation, still was turned away. I don't know how this place even makes money since they don't park cars.

  Awful. Only one person works here and he takes forever to get your car. There was a huge line when I came just for people needing service.

  The most useless parking lot in brooklyn. Rude staff and poor management. In a prime location and it sucks

  I had THE most vile exchange here with a parking clerk. This morning when I dropped my vehicle off, the attendant was on what seemed to be a personal call via cell phone. He barely acknowledged me and simply handed me a ticket. Not great service but okay, fine. When I returned later on to pickup, I asked about the high charges to which he practically snarled at me, "It's an oversized vehicle!" I didn't necessarily want to make a big deal about it but responded by stating that his unpleasant and unprofessional demeanor was uncalled for. I also let him know this isn't the first time I've experienced his terrible attitude. He had the unmitigated gall to start yelling at me and also made the statement, "Black people...". Sigh. Now I don't know what the hell this is supposed to mean, particularly considering the fact that he is also black. Was it supposed to be an insult? I don't know. But in any event, I think this old, crazy man needs to retire due to his lack of respect and poor judgment/customer service. It is NOT my fault you work here...and way past retirement age! I am pretty much disgusted and had even complained to one of his co-workers in the past, but perhaps a letter needs to be written to management at this point. I doubt anything will come of it but going forward, I may opt for using the city parking meters and will have to travel back and forth every 2 hours. Abuse under all circumstances is unacceptable, verbal or otherwise.

  Wow. These guys are slow and lazy! Also, their sign doesn't reflect their actual prices and they're using a payment system from the mid 80s. Too bad there's no other place to park in the neighborhood.
