  My car needed 2 new tires, a spare, and a brake light when I arrived. The technician found a loose ball baring. They fixed all of it and gave me all the discounts they could find. I found the technicians helpful and polite. Since I didn’t want to go home, I found the wait long. However, all of this work only took 3 hours, and they started working on my car right away.

  This is my second time at Jensen Tire. I had great service from everyone that helped me, and Mike the manager at the 97th and L street location was awesome. They did a great job and were fast too. Can’t recommend them enough.

  Fantastic crew, very knowledgeable and courteous staff. They've serviced 2 of my vehicles and I will definately continue to go there for all my future auto and tire needs!

  I scheduled an appointment over a week in advance but when I got there, I had to wait over 20 minutes for them to even begin work on my car. Most likely what happened is there were some customers ahead of me who were late to their appointments. In that situation, Jensen employees need to give them a cutoff. If customers are more than 8-10 minutes late, they need to reschedule. It's not fair to people who come on time to have to pay for others' lateness. Also, if I'm going to have to wait that long, at least have better coffee and real cream.
