  Jensen is always very timely and the employees are very pleasant! They can usually get your car in the day you call or within one day. I used their services for 4 years and was always very satisfied

  Although I was sad to learn the extent of repairs my car needed, I was pleased with the thorough assessment. The shop was very well kept. Every employee I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and kind! The shop is also located in a great part of town so that a person can walkabout and take in the sights while their car is being fixed.

  I made an appointment at the 20th and Harney location to fix a flat tire. I arrived early and they took the car right in for me. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The receptionist and technician were super friendly. Best service I’ve ever received at a tire/auto shop. Thanks so much!

  On our way to the Omaha zoo and our van broke down/check engine light came on. Jensen tire & auto were able to get us in immediately, scan the code and give us a fix to keep us on our way. Thank you again!
