::Had some issues getting my couch delivered before 33 days after I orderd it. Not in stock..Accepted a sectional with a bed in it so that I would not have to waite a month for a couch for an additional $100.00 . Called my sales person and left 3 messages Mr. Lubin and have still not heard back from him. I called the store and another sales person Gary assisted me I was not even in the system to get a delivery on the date I was promised. Long story short THANK YOU GARY for helping me out!! Thank you for getting back to me and Thank you for having my couch delivered this coming friday!!

::Waited 2 weeks for delivery, get a call the day before "Your item will be delivered tomorrow between 10 and 2". 2pm hits, nothing, not a call not a knock, no doorbell. 3pm hits nothing, make a call, get a nasty representative, they were at you're house you didn't answer you have to reschedule and pay another delivery fee. I tell them nobody came, they assure me they did, send me a picture of the delivery man in front of another house saying that it was our house. They come 10pm at night throw together this piece of garbage wobbly loveseat that's missing a chunk out of the leg. Deliverymen run out they can't do anything. Now I'm stuck dealing with awful customer service at this store and the corporate office who never return calls or emails. At this point I want this couch gone, the absolute worst experience from a terrible company.
