  Disorganized, can't find equipment when you come to pick up. My $2000 item was on the floor! Tech didn't listen when I described the problem. Don't bring anything expensive there!

  Took my volvo in for a shortening. Was told it was fixable. Should have it ready in a week. Friday makes 2 since they've had it. Not hearing anything about MY PROPERTY Ive called the past 3 days getting no where. First guy told me it hasn't even been touched but was next in line. Second time I called was told he was finally working on it. I just called this morning and was told" IM TIRED OF TALKING TO YOU EVERYDAY IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR RADIO FIXED YOU CAN TAKE IT SOME WHERE ELSE" so that's exactly what I'll do. Take my business to a more PROFESSIONAL. Not someone who doesn't know what they're doing and takes however long they want to figure it out.

  Jeff and the guys here are stand up guys. I had an issue with my Kenwood car stereo, and unfortunately the place where I had it installed couldn't fix it. They referred me to Jeff's because it was just out of warranty. Jeff's was able to diagnose what was wrong the next day and even suggested to call Kenwood to see if they would cover it. Kenwood did cover it! Jeff's is also a certified Kenwood repair shop so everything was done at the shop and didn't have to be sent out. Now the parts had to come from over seas unfortunately, but that was a Kenwood issue. Jeff's was able to keep me posted on the status pretty frequently though. Once everything was in and done Jeff's called me and even stayed past close to install it. I usually don't post reviews but when I receive great service I have to say something, just like I would if I got poor service. Thanks Jeff's for making this whole ordeal somewhat tolerable! Haha!

  Very happy! I took in my Chevy Traverse to have them fix the DVD player. It now works great and they delivered on time.

  Dropped off a subwoofer in late November. Wad told they would call in a week to let me know if it could be fixed. No mention of gees or anything. 2 weeks later, I called them. They said they didn't know what was wrong with it and that they were still working on it. I was told they would call back on a week or two. 2 months later I finally get a call. Guess what!? They don't know how to fix it! Almost 3 months after dropping it off, it couldn't be fixed. When I said I would go pick it up, they seemed surprised. When I went in to pick it up, I was told there was a $25 fee for the parts they had put in! What?! No mention of fees when I dropped it off. The website says "If it's audio, we can fix it." I cannot believe after months of nothing and not fixing it they still had the nerve to charge me a fee. Terrible customer service, and obviously not able to fix anything audio. Don't waste your time here.
