    One of my favorite spots around the National Mall area. The Tidal Basin is always enjoyable. Parking for the Jefferson is always amazing. There are a few lots and usually ample street parking along the river. Jefferson Memorial offers great views and an enjoyable spot to enjoy the weather and people watch.

    Went on Sunday morning and avoided most of the crowds. Allowed the chance to really take time with this monumental piece and appreciate the design and message. Grounds were a little messy.

    Went to complete a tour of the monuments at night. It was a blue moon, there were plenty of people out. Parking was easy. Beautiful sights.

    Really enjoyed walking around the area and tidal basin of this memorial. Great views when you get to the top of the stairs. Nice to just sit their and enjoy the site.

    Have always been a fan of President Thomas Jefferson. Did a book report on the President back in 3rd grade and always admired his resolve and leadership. Visited the memorial on a cold, wintry day but it is a great tribute to our nation's 3rd president. The writings on the wall are great to read and the views from the memorial to the rest of DC are great too! Want to visit again in March (spring) during the Cherry blossoms.
