  Average clothes, staff were very rude and condescending when asked a question. Would recommend going elsewhere just because of the poor customer service.

  Friendly staff, excellent selection, decent pricing. Typical j crew factory store. Five stars for a decent shopping experience, but is certainly not the greatest to ever exist lol.

  There are times when this place is so busy that it falls apart. The weekends and holidays are prime times to NOT GO. If you want to enjoy yourself, go during the week.

  Always a great sale going on and if you are a student and have an I.D. You get an additional 15% of your purchase!

  At one point, the line of customers waiting to mane purchases extended more than halfway to the door and there were more people in line than looking at merchandise. After I made my purchase and walked out, the alarm went off -- they had forgotten to remove the tag.
