  After having a problem with another store and not being treated well, I decided to come back to J Crew in Fayette Mall. Not only did the new Store Director (Summers Lee) fix my problem, she was incredibly personal and restored my faith in the brand. I would recommend that anyone shop at this location.

  A little pricey but very nice clothing. Staff is very friendly.

  Great staff who are super willing to help!! They knew exactly how to jump in and help me figure out what dresses I needed. They have fabric swatches for J Crew bridesmaids dresses which you can look at in the store. Great experience!
