  I hate my hair color...love the cut. The more I look at myself in the mirror the more I hate my hair. I showed pictures to my stylist of what I wanted (my stylist was incredibly nice but dropped the ball when it came to understanding what I wanted). I got blonde highlights. They are streaky and I go from dark brown to bright blonde then back to dark brown...I honestly hate it! I have never had my hair colored before and I so deeply regret it! I wanted subtle traces of blonde to my hair nothing dramatic and that is not what I got. I was the only person in salon and the salon closed with me stilling in the hair so it is not like I could say I hated it because literally lights were being shut off as I was finishing up...I am going back tomorrow in hopes of saving my hair. I will write another review based on how that whole interaction and fix up goes! I can't believe I paid $150 (including tip) for a bad 6th grade hair do ): Initially when I called I was denied help and told I would have to call tomorrow and might have the same stylist that botched my hair the first time. After speaking with a manager (I didn't catch is name) he told me to come in and they would address the issue and fix my hair. My second stylist was Margie. She was fantastic! She took her time and even asked if she add a little more color to my hair to match my natural roots better! It made me feel valued and knowing she was taking all necessary time to get my hair they way I wanted! Thank you so much!

  If you like to be ignored by staff this is the place for you! Had a 515 appointment. Debbie decided to pass me off to another stylist because she got a better offer I guess. The girl was told twice in front of me that I was waiting. She was up front running her mouth. I asked twice how much longer it would be. After waiting for almost 30 minutes I was given an excuse that she didn't know I was waiting and that it would be another 5 minutes to input my information. At this point I said I would pass. Waste of time.
