  Gladys is a great worker and deserves a raise as she is so great with customers. Super helpful and kind, always brings a smile to those she encounters and knows where things are within the store.

  Great place to shop. Clean professional, prices are reasonable. Lots of clothes for the kids

  good store not much selection to choose from if you are looking for specific items and good customer service. Unfortunately customers around the area leave horrible messes everyday for employees it was worse during holidays. made it impossible to find gifts. Come with time and alot of patience it gets very crowded...

  Called 3 locations and tried 5 times with each, not being sent to one single person I was on hold for about an hour and I didn't have any of my questions asked. I'm now going to reach out to some type of manager to help get this extremely terrible communication methods to be fixed. As they have lost me as a customer and I will continue to tell others not to go there as well. Nothing is worth it there as it is all bad quality, poorly priced and no one there seems willing to help. Terrible company! I've never been pleased and this pushed me over the top! You have a phone so use it! There is NO WAY EVERY employee is too busy to answer the phones! Ridiculous

  Absolutely wonderful customer service and attentiveness. The cashier that attended us, Diana, is an amazing worker who took her time to attend me and my parents. She offered for us to have a JCPenney membership, and despite how crowded and full the building was, she assisted in helping my parents have a great experience and discount. Diana is a wonderful worker, every company should hire someone like her. Amazing service and amazing store!
