  JCP I always used to enjoy shopping here but lately the stores seem messy and not organized into clear sections. The fitting rooms also need some major attention. They smell very pungent.

  Just tried to call to arrange Tux rentals for a wedding block. The absolutely would not not answer the phone. Just ring ring ring ring. Since JC Penney didn't seem to care, I moved on to Men's Wearhouse. Found some actual service and much better pricing. Will never blindly shop at JC Penney again after this experience.

  Good selection. Good quality. Friendly, helpful salespeople. Great sales, especially for people who have JC Penney credit cards. I also love being able to shop @ Sephora inside Penney's!

  Great place to visit for a quick shopping trip. The staff in the men's wear are very helpful. I love that some sports coats have plaids that I have only seen in Penney's.

  Good larger JC Penney store with a wide selection of clothes for juniors, women and men. The clerks are very helpful
