  Shopping at this JC Penney is like trying to maneuver thru a maze. They offer the compact baskets but you can go almost nowhere with them because of the overcrowded racks and displays. Finally manage to get everything I was looking for and find a checkout only to be told part of my purchase can only be paid for at the Sephora checkout and you can't get your basket in there at all. Won't be going back here to shop.

  Guess you need to make an appt to be seen for jewelry, waited 40 min, after being told twice someone was on their way, after I had to ask for assistance, only one associate working the counter giggling with customers who were trying on everything there but not purchasing. Went to look at clothes, piles of junk everywhere... I'm done with this location, horrible customer service!!!!
