It was only my first time but it could have been worse, nice people im going back to confirm if I will keep going there but so far it was great. It took longer then I thought for her to get done with my hair but at the end I love my how my dreads look and as far as I can tell the owner try to use products that won't harm or cause too much damage the hair that's why I gotta go back to make sure cause I don't like all that too much extra stuff in my hair like wax for my dreads. So far so good you have to go to feel if it's a place for you

I will not advice anyone to go here. I first went to see Jazzy back in 2014 before the opened the salon. Finding natural hair stylist in the East Valley at the time was hard and Jazzy was the only one I could find. I went for a blow dry and a trim. Then next time I contacted her, she had opened the salon. I went to see her and she had one of her new stylist Keke did my hair. The first turn off was Jazzy took the back sit and decided to charge more if she was the one doing your hair. She was constantly rushing and ordering the stylists around. They were all so polite and respectful but Jazzy was always rude to them. I went there several times and the old stylists were no longer there. She had hired new ones. Her turnover rate is really high... That's a telling of a overbearing boss that micromanages her staffs every move! The straw that broke the camel's back was when her new Stylist Martha, braided my hair and made the braids so tight that puss was coming out of my edges. When I called Jazzy, she acted like because Martha was a so called licensed hair stylist, there shouldn't have been a problem. I had to take photos and send it to her of what agony I was left in. Long story short I stopped going there after that. That type of attitude is unacceptable and nobody shouldn't have to deal with that! Especially a paying customer. I later found that most of her stylists moved to a new location in Tempe... The girls she used to belittled and times in front of customers are now thriving at a different location called Twist and Stylez.

Jazzy and her staff are not only professional but are they really Love what they do..She did a awesome job on my hair already got several compliments from strangers after leaving the salon. I wasn't a big fan of salons for several different reasons but going there today has got me excited to keep coming back.. Love the fact they truly want you to leave there knowing you love your new look! She was engaging, she made sure my vision of my hair style come to life from the picture.. She and her staff make you feel comfortable and like they've been knowing you for years.. Family atmosphere! Will continue to keep going!! Please don't take my word for go and see for yourself you won't be disappointed...

Jazz is a great person that does more than style. She is truly into hair care. She will let you know if what you want won't work for you; how to maintain and grow healthy hair all while making you feel comfortable and welcomed. Being new to Arizona I have been to other places but finding this one has been the best thing for me. Pricing is faire and service is just amazing.
