  Very disappointed! My 9 year old was very excited about his one souvenir from NOLA, those oversized beads. We didn't make it 30 ft out of the store when the string on the beads broke and the beads rolled all over Canal St. and the trolley tracks. We picked up the beads brought them back hoping to get a replacement (not a refund, just another set of beads). We couldn't believe the poor customer service of the sales clerk who refused to do anything. My older son who is 13 said to the clerk you took our $15 one minute ago and that's it, just too bad? He said yes. I understand every store has refund/exchange policies but this was clearly an unfair transaction.

  Stopped in here to get my first "to-go" beer in NOLA. Lots of randomness and interesting items for sale.
