  I love Java House. I'm not a coffee drinker, but all my friends who are are big believers in Cold Brewed coffee. One of them owns a coffee company that produces high-end, organic, low-acid coffee, and he was impressed with Java House. I love their scones and treats, but the story's hero is their sausage breakfast sandwich. Yes, it's heated up in a microwave, but it's the perfect bite ratio of egg, cheese, sausage, and English muffin. I love it. It never fails to hit the spot. Another big difference that I love is the light in this shop. Some of the other Java House locations are darker and more moody/cozy in their decor. This one is bright with high ceilings and lighter colors. It has a calm and industrial mod vibe, but because of the big windows and high ceilings feels bright and airy. It will probably be one of my favorite new "get-out-of-the-house-to-work" locations. If you love coffee and great snacks and want a beautiful place to hang out, the new Carmel Library location for Java House will be perfect for you.
