::Thankfully, I did not even reach up to the stage of doing business with them. To be brief, I can also say that they were complete time wasters who do not know the first thing about customer service and professionalism from my experience. My boyfriend was referred to someone who goes by the name Jo/Joe who reside within this business. Yesterday, my boyfriend drove over for them to inspect the damages of the car and give him an estimated price quote. Jo/Joe apparently was "unavailable" during the time of my boyfriend's arrival - and another employee was assigned to assist him. On his tablet device, he had found that the part was inexpensive after market price, estimating that it would be possible to obtain this part for around $150. But somehow, he said that a lot of labor would be involved, therefore the final price would jump up to $750. When my boyfriend tried to protest this tremendous and outrageous jump, he was only willing to go down 50 bucks (which I believe he intended to anyway) so he can trick my boyfriend into thinking that my boyfriend got himself a good deal. But bottom line is that this is an unreasonable price and my boyfriend refused this offer. Next day (today), the guy Jo/Joe gave my boyfriend a call and consulted with him. Apparently, the situation suddenly just flipped around 360. He stated that the part is "really expensive" and that's why his staff yesterday was asking for $700 for the repairs. My boyfriend told him that if he was willing to go down to $620, he'd be willing to do it. The Joe guy simply just rejected his offer in a rude manner. My boyfriend initially really wanted to do business with him so it was disappointing that he was not willing to be more accommodating of us. To sum it up, I feel like this place is shady in which the workers contradict one another, can't provide quality customer service, and extremely money-hungry. So I suggest you take your business somewhere else and save yourself some headache.
