0 stars.... unfortunately have to rate 1...... was engaged not even 10 days and my ring broke WHILE I WAS TAKING A NAP... !!! A diamond fell out. They told me I could order the exact same set again or send it to OHIO to be repaired no telling when I’d see it again. We took it to a local Kentucky jewelry repair shop for a second opinion.... the jeweler there told us he refuses to work on it because over time, it WILL continue to fall apart and it’s not worth the time and money. The setting and prongs that hold the diamonds are terribly made. Reccomended we just return it completely, get our money back, and buy another ring elsewhere. I work an extremely physical job and can’t wear the ring to work, so it sits at home in a box till I can wear it for like 5 HOURS PER DAY and it’s already broken and now returned for full refund. “He went to Jared....... and got F****D” so don’t buy your engagement/wedding sets here. Thank you Jared for ruining my proposal high and the rest of my year. Hope no one else has to deal with your sad, fake excuse of a company and your blatant lies to our face about durability.

I absolutely LOVE my wedding ring and band. The staff is friendly and helpful but incredibly slow. Every single time I go there for my ring cleaning and inspection it always takes longer then they say it will. I'm not talking 15 minutes longer, I mean HOURS longer. That however is my only complaint.

I bought my ring and everything, the product was great and the workers were nice but when I went to go pick up my wedding band, they were closed! I googled the hours and I was there within Store hours and I tried calling every number I could find. Nothing! That’s HORRIBLE customer service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ladies and gentlemen, do yourself a favor and avoid this shop. In August my fiancé proposed using his mothers engagement ring. I loved the sentiment and the diamond, but the band was too thick for my delicate hands. We went in to Jareds to see if they could take my current setting and put it on to a smaller band. We were assured it could happened and would only take a few days. We paid and left my ring. Two days later, I went back to pick up my ring. I was excited! The associate handed me a ring and I was in shock, they had put my diamond in a new setting and left it on the original band! What?! Not only was that completely wrong, but the associate gave me a ton of attitude. She told me that my oringal setting wasn't secure and that's why they changed it, but I never agreed to that and that's definitely something you tell a client BEFORE you make a change. After some tears, I was assured it would be fixed at no additional cost. I took the ring home (I was going to be in a wedding that weekend and didn't want to be without it). I also found out that it was the original associates fault that the ring was messed up (she took a ton of notes, but didn't write down the important stuff). On a Monday (third trip to Jareds) I dropped off my ring. I gave very specific details of the simple alterations I desired (everybody seemed so insanely confused). I explained how the prongs were completely wrong and how i wanted it on a smaller band (truly I wasn't asking for much, seemed like jewelry making 101). Again, I was assured it would be fixed. Flash forward a few days later and it's time to pick up my ring (4th trip). It was still wrong! They had finally put it on a smaller band, but the setting was still terrible. At this point, I wasn't surprised. I tried explaining again what I wanted. And for the very first time, somebody actually brought out examples of settings. I don't know why they didn't do this before. But at this point, I had lost all faith in their abilities and asked for a refund and for them restore my ring to its original state. They couldn't find my oringal setting (suprise) and had to go with a different one. Again, I left the ring. About two weeks later, with no word from Jareds, my fiancé went back to pick it up (5th trip). During all of this I was told that images of my diamond would be emailed to me, but I never received any emails. I was also told that somebody would call me when the ring was ready, but I had to call every single time. None of the employees ever seemed to know what was going on. I heard a lot of sob stories from them about being understaffed, which seemed very unprofessional. They also complained about being "so busy", but during every visit there were more employees than customers. The entire experience was very unprofessional. I'm surprised they are still in business.

Beware of Jared The Galleria of Jewelry in Lexington KY. Don't get me wrong, my custom engagement ring was executed beautifully....however, in my opinion, do not waste your time there. I bought some earrings back in August to go with my new ring, and the salesperson never called me to let me know they actually weren't available. I had to come Into the store to get my ring cleaned to discover they were not actually available. So I picked out a second pair and they put them on order. Here we are in November and I still haven't heard anything. I had called a few days after the ETA, the salesperson took my info for the manager to call me back, and I never got a call back. Well, I go into the store today, and surprise the second pair I ordered were actually never coming in. I asked them to refund my money, let the manager know that I was not interested in another mystery pair. I also let them know that we will no longer be getting our wedding bands there. I think, because I am in sales, I am even more appalled. How simple is it to pick up the phone and follow up with a client? You know what would happen if I never told a client that their stuff was never coming in? I wouldn't have any clients. Only my fiancé's large purchase mattered....not my simple earring order. Little orders matter just as much as large orders when your delivered sales sucks. Food for thought.
