  They are so quick in responding to inquiries and dealing with customers. Also they are exceptionally the best the offer quality services.

  I have been a client at Janovic Soho for many years and throughout that time have had the best experience in all areas of painting and design at this store. As a decorative artist, my finishes are more complex and the staff at the store are amazing at solving problems and helping get spot on results with color etc . They are all knowledgeable, patient and treat everyone with respect...even my barking dachs!! All of the Janovic staff, whether in the paint or design department are highly experienced and I guarantee you a positive encounter from any one of them...that's why they've been my store of choice over all these years.

  Was left almost totally on my own. Katherine was very unhelpful and had an attitude problem. She was unreliable and unaccommodating.

  .. this store is excellent !!! The absolutely best paint store in manhattan very nice stuff as well
