  They are super smart and knowledgeable. She actually suggested I check my warranty to save me money. That's such an honest and genuine thing to do instead of just taking my money. I will def go back there and design some custom jewelry.

  Just now I went in to get my watch band replaced. Mr. Bedford said he could take out a link, which turned out to be a lot cheaper. It only took a couple minutes, he also polished my crystal, and didn't charge me much. It turned out to be much cheaper and easier than if I had bought a new band. Thumbs up.

  Went in to have an engagement ring sized and it felt like an old style jewelry store in terms of personal customer service and friendliness. I miss businesses like this! I never even realized they were right there!
