  Stale pastries. I ordered a slice of cake, a puff pastry and some cookies and all of them were hard and stale. The sad thing is that this isn't the first time. I thought I'd give them another shot but Everytime I go I always seem to get their leftovers.

  Every family event (birthdays) i always order cake here and it very fresh. I happen to place an order for my mother birthday which was on January 7th. As i went in to pick up my order i proceeded to go in and give the lady the ticket. She seem slightly shock as to why i was here and im like i have a cake to pick up. Well come to find out the lady who worked that day never put my order in. The lady who never put my order in was a skinny spainsh lady with long hair she always have in a ponytail and she pale. And i placed the order the week before. Now how is it that i place a order and when i come to pick it up its not even there. So this lady calls the manager and explains to him what happens and she apologize to me over and over again about the confusion and how she wasnt here when they placed the order. I told them i wanted a discount because it was very unprofessional with what they did. They explained to me that they dont give discount but i be able to have my cake made today as soon as the guy come. Make a long story short a family friend name Edward came and asked me how i wanted my cake. I explained to him and least than an hr he was done decorating my cake and baking it. It was delicious and i love it. Edward you are incredible and thank you so much for your service it made my day that you guys are great when it comes to the services of your customers. I will forever be a loyal customer to you guys especially for what you guys did that day. God bless you guys. An amazing and tasty bakery is this one guys! 🖒👌
