  Such a disappointing company. I would NEVER recommend a company that is not professional and cheat out a customer(especially doing business for several years with) This is a long read, but I hope someone takes the time to read my experience with this company. I ordered a bunch of merchandise with this company ahead of time around August, but I received the items around mid- late December. Way past due for a company in the same state to deliver 4 months later. I can't sell these items because they have lost their trend and no one is interested anymore and my customers disappointed that I never got the merchandise they were expecting. So I informed the company of the situation and told them I am making a return (no payment was made yet) and accepted it. Now, it should be known that it is ILLEGAL to make a transaction without the card owner's consent, so without my knowing, they kept my credit card information from previous purchases (without me knowing) and charged my card without my consent the day I returned my package. Six months later, a salesman came to my store and told me they made a transaction of the full amount (an amount in the thousands range). When I found out, I gave the company a call to return my money, the company refused to do that with no apology and instead sent me my package back so we are "even". While it being six months later, I can't do anything with my credit card company to get my money back because fraudulent charges such as this has to be reported in a certain amount of time. This is the kind of company that you shouldn't do business with. They don't care about your business, they care about what benefits them. While there are those who enjoy their service and all, but I would recommend checking your transactions when ordering with them.
