    I have worked with Jan-Pro for over a year now at my gym and they have been vital to our operations. One of the biggest compliments we get about the studio is the cleanliness of the rooms and equipment. I meet with the team leader, Eva, every week and we get a to do list together that always is executed to my expectations within a timely fashion. Their upper management has been great to work with as well. I communicate with Douglas every couple months to check in on how things are going and if he can help out in any way. I'd definitely recommend Jan-Pro to anyone who is looking for a thorough and reliable solution to their custodial needs. Thanks Jan-Pro!!

    Hot-head owner, poor operations systems, no in house floor crews or any equiptment, Illegally supervising with threats to take back accounts. Office vibe is complete fear that the owner John starts yelling and has in house fits That includes screeching bad language. You should know this BEFORE you get involved with this group.

    Easily the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The cleaners are great people and are individual contractors. They just aren't held to any standard. There are no supervisors that check for the quality of service therefore no one is accountable. When you call to explain why you are not renewing your contract you are sent to John, the owner. If you think about using this business please call first and ask to speak to John. You will understand what I am talking about completely. He told us "You are taking away from families pockets by not renewing." When his phone was getting interference he told me "Go ahead and (expletive) cancel. I don't need companies like yours. You will be out of business in 2 years." This unbelievably bad customer service had me thinking that I was on a show but sadly I was not. This is how John apparently treats his customers when he has some sort of criticism. I am sure any person will agree that you should get what is in the contract and when you don't you shouldn't be greeted with hostility, especially from the owner.
