  Jim didn't show up for two appointments. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and assumed there was a miscommunication about the date/time so we called...then texted... and then emailed and he never answered his phone or got back to us. (This happened on 2 separate occasions). After the 2nd incident, I waited a few more days and called again and he actually picked up that time and I was bit frustrated that he hadn't shown up or replied to any of our contacts, and instead of apologizing, he was condescending and rude. We shouldn't have to contact someone several times - especialyl to reschedule appointments they didn't show up for. If you want to deal with someone professional and reliable, do NOT work with him.
