  I was dealing with a an incredibly frustrating scenario. Our house flooded and our landlord said that this was not their responsibility. In fact, they said we were required to bail out the apartment 2x per day and spray bleach to keep mold from growing! I was going crazy worrying about the safey of my family. We needed legal representation. When we hired Jim everything immediately changed. No longer was I on the defensive. This is the man you want in your corner. His aggressive correspondence with our landlord's attorney quickly brought to light that they were being insane. They were desperate to bring this matter to an end before we took them to court and sued they for a significant sum. I thought that with legal fees, getting out of my lease would come at a significant cost. In the end, given what we got out of our landlord, we actually made a little money. They paid us to leave! In addition, it happened at a pace quicker than I could have imagined. Jim is worth the money.
