  Customer service is great until they get your money.. They promise delivery and calls back. While you take off from work and they never show up. Tell you that it's on the next truck and the next truck. I Bought a living room set and two bedroom sets. Never received my tv stand. My bedroom set came in a different color. It was Supposed too be black and comes in dark brown. Then James asks me " what is he supposed too do" promises too send me a tv stand at cost price too make up for the mistake and never comes threw........ I have given you fare warning. BEWARE.

  I've had worse experience with this guy . james is a such a worse soul you could ever meet . paid 6k for 3 beds and a dining table . beds didn't last for 2 weeks . i had to put extra support right after 2 weeks under king bed . and the 2nd queen bed wasn't even fixable . i had to throw that away . he postponed delivery for 2 weeks . every time i spare my time for his delivery .his drivers didn't showed up . and he didn't respond either . i had to go to his store to get that delivered. don't shop here. very substandard furniture .
