  Needs a lot of work, especially with the air conditioning system the elevators need revamping

  They TRULY need to upgrade these apartments for our senior citizens. The bathrooms need to accommodate the elderly people who have disabilities. The apartment needs to be upgraded just for them. There should be a call button near their beds in the showers and the bathrooms need the open door not the step over type tubs. There should be a call button between the sink and toilets. There should be a call button in the kitchen and livingroom. Since the windows are high up and the sliding door are not ground level they it shouldn't matter if it's blocked no one can climb out of them in case of emergency. No maintenance people or construction worker should possess access to all apartments and there should be a manager with them at every visit instead of the managers sitting downstairs in their offices while the senior citizens are being burglarized by other people who don't belong there even if they are doing business. There should be someone there to assist them with groceries mail packages etc.
