  They have your order ready...by the time you get to the front and pay..if your a Jamba Juice regular...lol

  John was very helpful, very informative and friendly. Ive never experienced such good customer service at a jamba before. Give this guy a raise!!

  Staff is lazy. They do not care about you or your order. I had a staff member constantly change my drink to make it easy for her to blend. Everything I stated that I did not want she put it in anyway. Plus, it's dirty. I go to another Jamba that I've been attending for 10 years and I order the same drink and no problem. But every time I come to this one, it's an issue. I'll never ever go in there again. The short Asian girl needs to get fired. She's the worst I have ever seen.

  Courteous staff. Very patient with indecisive children. It was a great experience for our family.

  Both times I came here, got dissapointed. For such a great location, this was an unpleasant turn. What was supposed to be a normal customer service turned out to be just not a great experience. First time they forgot about mine and my husband's oredr and after we waited how 8 customers after us got their drinks, we had to ask for ours and they admited they forgot and that was fine with us. Second time the young cashier girl was rude and obnoxious. Didn't ask if I need receipt and was acting like she was doing a favor someone by being there and didn't like her job. We live jumba juice and we live the location. We hope the customer service will improve.
