    My experience at Jaguar of Manhattan resulted in a positive and rewarding settlement. The GM, Isaac, really wants to make certain that customers are contented with the service they provide. Though bumpy; but, throughout my experience, Ricardo and Isaac have exude total professionalism. WOW, what a team! I admire their calmness and willingness to make customers happy. They went above and beyond to provide me with the features that I needed in the car. That was my experience. So, if you need to my get a Jaguar, go to Jaguar of Manhattan and connect with Ricardo, even Hector (although he was not my salesperson (he is cool) and definitely Isaac, the GM.     If your looking to purchase a Range Rover I highly suggest contacting Jermaine Velasco! I had the pleasure of working with him and his service was outstanding! He helped me build my brand new 2018 Range Rover and I must say we did a great job! This is my first time purchasing a Range Rover and I was very apprehensive coming from owning 3 Mercedes-Benz, But I must say that Jermaine surpassed all my expectations! Not only did I get my new car ahead of schedule, when I arrived to pick it up, all I had to do was sign and drive! This is what a car buying experience should be like. I’m a very picky person and Jermaine was there for me every step of the way! He went above and beyond to assist me during this process. No matter how silly the question he was always available to assist me. Hands down Best sales person ever! A million thanks again Jermaine!

    This was my first time at Range Rover and I had a great experience with your service manager, Jay Then. I came in last minute and was in a real time crunch to have my car serviced before an important road trip. He texted me throughout the day so I could know when my car was ready and it was delivered on time. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. I was very happy with the service I received, I would definitely go back there for service.

    I just had an amazing experience with Sean Fitzgerald that I wanted to share with both management and the public at large. I bought a Range Rover at Land Rover Manhattan three years ago. I moved this particular car to Palm Beach about 18 months ago. As I went to trade the car in a few hours ago, the Mercedes dealer (time for a sports car) told me there was a lien on the car! I wasn’t happy since I had paid cash for the car, and I was expecting the worst. I took a chance and called the Manhattan dealership and the receptionist transferred me to “finance”. No surprise, the call kicked into voicemail. Faced with the thought of dealing with the DMV I decided to call back one more time and ask the receptionist to connect me with a live individual. She kindly complied which is where Sean entered the picture. 1. Sean remembered me. Seriously impressive considering I hadn’t been to this dealership in close to two years. 2. He dealt with the issue in about 3 minutes, and couldn’t have more more pleasant about it. Management: please make sure you take great care of Sean—he’s the kind of employee who creates exceptional loyalty. Public: if you want great service, ask for Sean!
