  After not having a good experience in Jaguar of Huntington we decided to try Jaguar of Freeport since we really loved the Jaguar F-pace and we are so thrilled we did! Our sells rep was Petter he was amazing and very straight forward and we ended purchasing the car the same day! we worked on the numbers and he was able to find us the car in our price range. We recommend anyone interested in purchasing a Jaguar/Range Rover to go to this dealership their costumer service was exceptional!

  Worse dealership for an F -type, went in there last month to get an F type - first off sales person Ted gives a price on a f- type car that’s been sitting at the port for 1 year - he then comes up with some numbers on price for which I agreed to buy the car after thinking over a week- I come back Ted and Tony(general manager) state the car is gone ..after sitting at the port for over a year - I said give me same deal on a similarly priced car which their inventory states they have - but they say no sorry- then I go to another dealer and give them the vin# on the car which was sitting at the port - that other dealership shows me that this car is still at the port! Hellooo did I miss some bunch of liers here!! Don’t waste your money here go to another dealership!

  Fantastic car buying experience! Mark and Jonathan were extremely easy to deal with and made the entire transaction smooth and easy. There was no pressure, just good information and support. Just had service done and Bob was great! He made the service appointment seemless and convenient for my work schedule. The work was done promptly and the staff was excellent. I even got a free car wash at the end. Awesome service.
