  My State Farm loyalty goes back generations, but this new model of salesman is Ivory Tower. I spend thousands of dollars a year with Jacob Chapman, never met him. The first call I received from this group was a sales call to buy life insurance. The young woman who answered my call today at his office, however, was wonderful. My stars go to her!   This is an insurance agency that really cares. They get to know their clients and take the time to ensure the policy is the perfect fit and the rate is the lowest possible.
