::I like coming here for gel pedis mostly, always last long and look fresh after weeks, although I do feel like they should invest in some nice foot scrubs preferably exfoliating types since they always use hand soap...$20 for a gel pedi you should at least have a good scrub, overall I’m always satisfied with the customer service which is why i keep coming back, staff is very nice and hard working make sure you leave satisfied, I’ve done acrylic nails here many times as well, they also last very long, never break unless it’s my fault, I always get gel polish with them, the guy that works there strongly focuses on perfection and takes his time. Been coming here for about four years, I would like for them to have more nail design options too.

::I went with my mother and they did her eyebrows, and afterwards, they were uneven. She asked them to fix them and instead of doing so when she complained, they put on a whole scene blaming her for the problem. The same person sat her in the chair for a pedi and made her wait with her feet in the water. She then started doing a full gel set on another customer and expected her to wait until after she was done. I saw a roach. The nail tech who did my nails cut my fingers a couple of times and I asked if he had a license and he said it was at home. He never washed his hands either.
