  I called to make an appt and the woman did not want to make one. Clearly they do not want anyone to "bother" them. I will never be a bother again. I called H&R Block and they were very accommodating and professional. Run from this Normandy office!!

  I had Andrea Menard do my taxes for me and she was very helpful and all around great to work with. I recommend asking for her personally!
