  I had a totally different experience than the other people sharing reviews. The employees were so professional and courteous. They greeted me when I entered and my wait was not long. I didn't feel rushed when it was my turn and they were knowledgeable and informative. I will definitely be back.

  They didn't understand my W-2s and told me my employer had made the mistake. Spend the $50 extra bucks and go to a real accountant.
