  Had a horrible experience at this Jackson Hewitt. Please do not let them do your tax return. They will not complete an accurate Tax return for you and will short your refund. I had my taxes prepared here and the preparer Charlene Mack was very unprofessional and does not know anything about taxes. She doesn't even know how to read a W2. She looked at my W2 answer assumed I just moved from New Orleans. Why I don't know. Then she lied in her notes and claimed they were bad W2's. Took the same W2 to another office and the tax preparer did not know why she stated it was a bad W2. When the new preparer tried to contact Miss Mack to find out what the problem was she hung up on her. Very unprofessional. Miss Mack kept telling me my refund was only $1000.00 however I know how to do taxes and informed Miss Mack she had made a mistake because my refund should be more than $4000.00. However she kept insisting she did everything right and my refund was only $1000.00 and kept asking if I wanted her to file my return for me. I told her no because I know she did the return wrong and I don't want an inaccurate return filed for me. So I took all my info to a different location and that prepare reviewed what Miss Mack did and saw she had checked a "no" box when she should have checked a "yes" box. Once the error was corrected so was my refund amount. If you want your whole Tax refund and an accurate Tax return filed for you then DON'T USE THIS JACKSON HEWITT LOCATION. The supervisor there is always unavailable and does not return phone calls.
