  My husband do the taxes with two child and they said one social was used but was not true just can do it one social now we don’t know what happen with the other social 🤭I think they are not good at all for real

  There where only two agents available and they both where old ..I mean really old like 85 I could be exaggerated but they where not spring chickens, despite the four hour wait because he just moved like a turtle I actually had a pretty easy experience until I called to check in and was informed that they sent the IRS the wrong social security number for all of my dependents which was upsurd because I provided physical cards for each .. so his error solely . Then I get my refund back on a serve card and there network goes down and won't allow me to withdraw cash from the machine .. in all I will not be using Jackson Hewitt Ever again. . it's been extremely difficult and I want a refund or reduction in cost because if his stupid error and now AMEX errors will not let me withdraw I wish I could give no stars to this place

  This place is my last choice for tax preparation . Only thing I am going for is to get the loan fast .. but I have been approved since the 18th of December and yet to talk to a real human being .. I had an appointment and when I showed up they where closed .. then I reschedule the appointment and suddenly keep getting calls from reps saying I was approved yet have not been able to get any store or any real live human so annoyed and will not be coming back next year

  Jackson Hewitt has been my tax preparer for many years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have always and continue to receive excellent service, information and excellent tax preparation year after year! Not to mention the great promotional options, discounts and valuable offers they give to their customers. Hats off to a great company that offers fast and friendly service with a staff that's knowledgeable, helpful and informative! Jackson Hewitt will be my home for my tax preparation for years to come.
