  These guys are great.. I typically find anything I'm looking for at this store. It's well thought with many, many useful items. Like one would expect at a hardware store.. with the bonus of a very helpful staff. No more trips to HomeDepot endlessly roaming down giant isles for the same stuff. Prices were very close or better in some instances which is huge bonus.

  Very helpful! My husband sent me with a zip lock bag of pieces from my shower. The man found the gaskets and other pieces I need right away. I did not have to wait to be helped. Excellent service!

  Worst service ever from any store and he is the owner. He looks and acts 10 years old! I just left this place and the only reason I bought anything is the girl at the counter was outstanding. Very helpful and kind. But when I got to the back of store to look for the advertised light bulbs, this young kid came and I thought would be helpful too, but his first comment was sassy, saying that I didn't notice end display. then when i asked for 40 what bulbs he kept trying to "educate " me on why I wanted some thing, else. I knew what I wanted and he was very argumentative and tried to pick a fight, basically calling me stupid. so I left with what was in my hand and said to the nice girl at register how I was treated and he came up tried to start a fight and I said I will certainly never be back here and he said good we don't want you back. If you don't want to be educated on what you buying. Wow he needs a new job. Apparently he is the owner and his name is Will. Wow he is full of himself good luck staying in business. Thank you Miguel for a response. Will definatly told me he was the owner, glad to here he is not. I went to several local stores that day and told them to avoid your store. I Also told my neighbor. I would only be willing to try it again if Will doesn't work there anymore. Glad to know he is manager not owner but until I am certain to never deal with him again I will not go back and I will continue to steer people away. Sorry there are plenty of other stores.

  Friendly, Great selection and if you have a preference on a product they go the extra mile. They'll special order in what you need and keep it on standby! Zip ties and tape are something our radio station goes through fast and we need it to be a specific kind. Miguel and Will took the time to make sure the exact brand we need is in stock consistently.
