Jacklyn Kling is not only an amazing and talented framer, she is also one of the most generous and philanthropic framers I know! I run art programs for children battling chronic and terminal illness and every year Jacklyn helps us frame our participants artwork. She does the most amazing job of making each piece as special as it can be. That could be a sweet pink mat and white frame to highlight a butterfly or it could be the most perfect black frame to highlight an irregular shaped collage. Every piece is done with love and attention. I am so honored to work with Jacklyn and it is a pleasure to consider her part of our nonprofit family.

I have been going to Jacklyn for years now. Recently I had them frame my grandfathers depth charts of Montauk. As always, the Work and professionalism was absolutely awesome!!!

I have use Jackie for years. Her work is beyond what others offer. She has been so helpful and her artistic eye shows greatly when I see my works come back. Her choice of frame and matting work with the piece I brought her to work on. This is one of the finest framing businesses in this region and that includes NYC. I have some valuable pieces and some are historic. The quality of work is very high and responsible.

I brought in a 24 x 36" print to be framed. While we were discussing options, Jacklyn accidentally ripped the print by pressing sticky acrylic backing onto it. The piece was ruined. Jacklyn immediately offered to buy a new copy of the print. This would be another two-week turnaround, shipping from Australia. For the massive inconvenience of having my art destroyed, I was insulted to be offered a 10% ($30) discount. (New customers get more than that with a voucher). I asked Jacklyn to write me a check for the cost of the print and I took my business elsewhere.
