  In my 10 minute wait, to get my 3 breakfast sandwiches, I saw many problems. Not only did I have to cancel my 8.99$ order, but saw two other unhappy customers. One man was given the wrong order and made wait as they remade it. And the other was given carry out bags when she was going to dine in. The staff seemed very unorganized and confused especially when I asked how much longer my order was going to be. They even asked me if I had ordered from this location. This isn't even the first time I've had trouble at this location. They've gotten a simple order of 12 tacos wrong forcing me to wait over 15 minutes for them to finally bring them out.

  Fast service. At least compared to other Jacks in the area. This particular one has never screwed up my order

  Didn’t get my full order, very upset we never can get an accurate order this place needs serious attention I paid 16.00 to feed two kids and we don’t even have our complete food when I called the number has been changed this is bull

  Stopped for a driving break on Thanksgiving morning. They were very courteous and the breakfast we ordered was excellent. Easy off/on IH-35. Many Thanks!
