Have been told they are closed a few times between 2am and 4am due to drawer change. When I do get a meal the fries are cold. Used to come here all the time and it was real good. Consistently. Lately it has been lacking in quality and freshness, which sucks because it's the only greasy fast food restaurant in the area.

The last time I was there I posted "The cashier was friendly, the cook openly talked about hating the place and the food. The burger I got was overcooked and dry". I had a lapse in judgement and I tried there again, and it was worse. It took 27 minutes to get my food after ordering, which was an ultimate cheeseburger and a homestyle chicken sandwich. After finally receiving my order, I was excited to eat but it honestly tasted horrid. I would gladly allow someone to try to grind my testicles into dust using a mortar and pestle rather than eat at this Jack in the Box ever again.

I think Jack in the Box's quality in general has gone down hill over the years, and this location is no exception. The staff is always friendly and nice. However, that doesn't help the quality of the food. The only reason I ever eat here is because it's close to my work. It's cheap, easy, and fills me up quick. I tend to stick with certain menu items: the least expensive burgers, tacos, curly fries, and their milkshakes. They do have one of those cool touch screen coke machines with all the different flavor combinations. That's probably the best thing they have, cuz it's the only place I'm aware of that has cream soda on the fountain. Other than that, this restaurant is consistently mediocre.
