  I don't know who's the manager at this location but they need 2 b FIRED I went 2 this store several times jus 2 get SHAKES n everytime it's was something wrong, no cherries, machine down this time no done kids so no whip cream r cherry is it that many PPL ordering shakes, n if so y don't u have the things 4 a shake that u advertise

  Food was hot and of decent fast food quality, but they left off part of my order. I went late at night and it didn't seem like I waited forever, like at some other places overnight. The staff was friendly enough that it didn't taint my opinion too much that they left part off.

  They were very busy in the drive thru and just closed the inside. I ordered 8 Taco's . When paying for my food I asked if I could get alot of taco sauce and salt. When the girl handed me my food, I asked if she remembered the condiments, she assured me that she did. I pulled away and parked in the lot so I could put some sauce on a taco. There wasn't any sauce or salt in the bag. The inside was closed and there were 4cars waiting in line for the drive thru. I called the stores phone and the manager answered I told her the problem. She was very nice but busy also.She told me she could not let me in the store but if I wait until after the "rush" she would meet me at the door and give me some sauce. And she did. For a quick stop for late night Taco's ended up taking 47 minutes and I kinda lost my appetite. 🙁

  Service is extremely good. The food has always been freshly prepared and we've never had any complaints. Our order was incorrect on one occasion (literally it has only happened once at this restaurant) and 3 employees were very quick to respond and begin correcting the mistake. They were diligent in ensuring we were pleased with our purchase. The mistake was really on my husband. When he orders food his wording is strange and easy to misunderstand. Bless him. It happens to him frequently. Anyway, every experience we've had there has been excellent and I would love to have the chain in our area of Mississippi.
