  Coke machine is growing bacteria from ice dispenser and fountain. When I was younger I worked at a gas station and I would clean our fountain machine every night, if I skipped a day it showed big time when I cleaned it the next time. What I would find in places you can’t see would gross you out. At this location I asked the staff who maintains the machine and they said Coke but only when it brakes. There not cleaning it. See the picture of the dispenser

  Bad custumer service plus I order a num 10 and got a sourdough jack came home to open the bag and besides that on my sons sandwich there was a long hair I will never go back to that jack I try calling to complain and no one pick up

  I love jack in the box! I have never had a bad experience here. The food is great, though a tad pricy, but you get what you pay for

  Always a great environment and clean area. Staff is very attentive and always a pleasure to encounter! Family friendly and good prices, definitely 5/5

  Awful!! Ordered 2 tacos and you can tell they were cooked a long time before we ordered and served cold. Chicken nuggets were cold before we got to the light and we were in a car. So disappointing when you are feeding your children.
