  I have previously come inside this location, purchased food, drink, etc. I am fully disgusted how this location and staff treat people that are not located in their lobby. I live in Tucson, have all my life, I am aware of the majority of people who live in or frequent this area of town. I sat, in the shade, outside on their curb. Was quiet, even waiting to smoke a cigarette until I walked away from the building, reading my book,waiting for my friend to come, actually, so we could go inside to buy food. The employees at this store, had Security, to come tell me I had to move. Now i am a forty year old woman, very obvious i am not a druggie or a threat to their store. I can only imagine how they treat homeless or everyone else. Ao i am writing a review to say DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I am going to let everyone, Yelp, Facebook, Jack in the Box general manager, know all about this as well.

  This place was very dirty, especially the bathroom. Very un-welcoming. Staff was talking so loud about other staff, and complaining why others make more pay than themselves.

  45 min wait focus was on drive through. Staff was more engaged over who was mad at whom or letting their friends in after they were closing up or yelling they wanted to go home then serving the customers. I tried to complain about the wait time but the employee very loudly talked over me and said if my order was wrong bring receipt next day so they would fix it. Do not go to this restaurant. Unorganized unprofessional they need a real manager on closing shift. They asked a customer to leave because they were already closed but the customer had been waiting to order for 15 min. Another customer they offered a free fry for his wait but nothing for the other 9 people who had to wait.

  My husband went to apply for a job there but because he's white they won't hire him and the white guy that is there is losing hours by the minute so he's looking for another job. If your African or Mexican they will hire you. I'm not racist. I love everyone equally. It's the restaurant that is being racist.
