  This is 3rd time I’ve gotten burned, overcooked food! I checked bag before driving away, all food there, didn’t know burned until I got home! So much for my dinner & night…GRRRR!

  My family of four had a large dine in order. The lady who first took our order was really good, but when we received our order an item was missing (egg roll). No biggie, my partner told the man behind the counter. The guy was adamant that he put the egg roll in one of the bags. It wasn't there and my partner didn't want to push it. The man behind the counter was obviously tired. Still it is a few bucks we lost. We finished our food, cleaned up the top of the table and left (after ordering another egg roll to replace the one they didn't give us). It seems stupid that we did that, it's just not where either myself or my partner wanted to spend our energy. Just be mindful of what they put in your bags.

  Place can be a hit or miss with the experience. I understand it gets busy most of the time but there are occasions when there is no traffic. You do experience some attitude and back customer service from the drive thru attendees from time to time which ruins the overall experience. I would recommend as a place to grab a bit late at night or any time as they are open 24/7. Would recommend if you have no want to get a decent amount of food for a good price.

  Messed up my order after we both repeated it TWICE to make sure it was right. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and ended up with a double bacon cheeseburger?? Also got overcharged. Tude workers. Never coming here again and Jack in the Box is the only fast food I eat. Ill starve next time so i know I wont be disappointed

  Dirty and employees not very helpful. The place was trashed at 7am one of the workers were cleaning the bathroom and told me I had to ask up front to get the other bathroom opened. I asked the guy behind the counter to open it up and he looked like a deer in headlights. He said someone is cleaning it. I left and spent my money at another fast food place that was clean and not so rude.
