  My husband and I bought a house built in the 1950s that required a lot of new plumbing and a new boiler and hot water tank. Steve and Paul have always been super professional and reliable and we cannot recommend them enough! Their expertise and customer service are both top notch!

  Berleth is the only plumbing contractor with whom I will do business in Huntington. Yes, as some of the other reviewers have noted, they do tend to be more expensive than the market average, but their workmanship, professionalism and customer service are leaps and bounds ahead of their competitors. Not to mention, I work full-time but needed emergency plumbing repair which took over a week to complete (not in any way their fault; just a huge job). For 5 days, all I did was leave the door unlocked. Each day, they arrived on their own, set to work on their own, and left on their own (locking up the house as they left). Not a thing went missing and not a speck of dirt was to be found, but each day there was visible, significant progress on the work. It was like having magic elves helping out. At one point, to make sure it wouldn't get rained on, they even brought in a completely unrelated package that I'd had delivered just because they happened to notice it sitting outside the door when the weather was turning. Put it this way; the plumbing in your home is not a place to be pinching pennies. If you want it done exactly correct the first time, with high quality materials and excellent craftsmanship, and for your home to be left spotless afterward, suck it up and pay the premium. You won't regret getting what you paid for.

  I have used JB& sons a few times, and when the guys showed up they took care of the issues effectively. However I have had multiple problems scheduling appointments, having to take the day off work to be home and they don't come through, it is not acceptable. If you make an appointment make sure you double check that they are coming. I will not be using JB&Sons again.

  JUST HAD JIM AND CRIAG AT MY HOUSE FOR AN EMERGENCY WATER LEAK AND BOTH OF THEM WERE JUST INCREDIBLE AND FAST I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY. VALERIE

  Great service! Steve really came through for us, We needed our boiler replaced and the two other companies that we spoke to told us it would be a week or two until it can be done. I called Jack Berleth after speaking to a friend that has used them for years. Steve came out to look at my boiler later that day and two days later the guys were there installing it. they did a great job and they left the boiler room spotless (they come in with booties to make sure they don't leave dirt trails on the floors. much appreciated!). thank you for your services!
