  I really enjoyed the workout! I took advantage of the Groupon special. I wish I could continue but being a single parent I can't afford it...☹️

  This is an awesome workout! I recently joined and already feel so much stronger. The trainers are amazing, I always enjoy the music that they play and they're involved in a lot of charity events around the community. I also love that they offer a Free Week for new girls so you can bring friends to try it out too!

  The staff is super friendly and helpful. They get to know you....they know everyone's name, making it more personal. The workouts are also great. I just wish you didn't have to schedule your classes, because that doesn't always work for me. I like to be able to work out when I want to and can, which isn't always the same every day.

  I find the workouts to be great total body with modification options. I'm always sweating by the end and they move through the rounds fast enough you don't have time to think about it. 😁💪 Will definitely be coming here for awhile.

  I love this place! High energy great instructors. The participants are very nice and helpful. You also get an amazing and intense workout.
