::While waiting to order server brought our water. I took off paper from straw and though paper was stuck on glass so I went to wipe it off but a sliver of plastic got stuck in my finger. I was able to pull it out and told manager about it suggesting she throw out cup but she didnt say anything except if I wanted a bandaid and walked away leaving cup on table. I was surprised that my burger wasnt taken off bill as a gesture of good faith. I will not be returning!

::Excellent experience! Server was professional, friendly, and attentive. The food was outstanding! I had the lobster bisque (came out quickly and was nice and hot) and Surf and Turf (filet and lobster tail). The Entree included a soup or salad, and a choice of sides. My favorite is the baked sweet potato, it comes with this amazing whipped cinnamon sugar butter and is absolutely one of my all time faves! I thought it was delicious, and a great value (around $32)! Thanks for a great experience!

::Ordered online on 12/23 for Christmas Eve & what was supposed to be our Christmas Day dinner. The food arrived & wow were we impressed that we ate everything Christmas Eve - lunch & dinner. I ordered the Prime Rib 12oz - could kick myself for not getting the 16oz & got the 6oz Filet with coconut shrimp. Both were amazing but I could have that Prime Rib all day! Husband had the Cowboy steak & the Rib dinner - ribs were good but the steak was amazing he said. We were sad when it ended - & the side of macaroni salad was a nice added bonus. We can not wait til next week we plan to g there to sit and enjoy another streak!

::Dinner was awesome!!! I haven't been to a steak house in a long time that even comes close to nailing it, J & R's did!!! I was part of a group of 24 and meals were served in a timely manner, as well as many steaks being cooked perfect as requested. Appetizers were excellent as well as meals. Price was more than reasonable. Highly recommend!!!

::I must say of all the J&R locations I’ve been to in all my years going, this place takes the cake.. apps are great, their garlic bread and amazing and have a nice crunch, mussel appetizer is actually pretty good w the sauce, the wings are crispy fresh, and the steaks.. I got the marinated 16oz ribeye Med rare and a porterhouse medium and they’re cooked just right.. juicy, not chewy, and you can break it down and swallow, w just enough fat.. that’s when you know it’s good.. and for the price.. can’t beat it.. and the best part.. the service was on top and very good! Surprised on a Saturday night where I wasn’t expecting much honestly.. only thing is the soups are a little salty.. got a beef orzo and seafood bisque.. anyone from the restaurant reading this.. take a note but overall it’s a very good experience especially taking very picky in-law eaters.. good job J&R Medford!
