  I have been a customer for years, I have never had a problem with their service. Very nice family owned business. They always give options for new or used parts. I definitely recommend this place.

  I would suggest that you do not call this business. They promise everything and then never follow through. I needed someone to repair a rental home's spark provider on a gas stove. I called J &R and someone from the company went to the house to see what part was needed for the stove. He called me and said he would get it and then told me the price. I agreed to meet him at the house to pay him. This was all a good sign. But then he disappears, and never comes back or calls. And because he took the stove apart, the tenants could not cook. His phone has been going to voicemail all day.
