::I highly recommend all customers shop around before using this company. I had a unit replaced through them via a home warranty. They added an additional $200 dollars of unnecessary parts that the warranty wouldn't cover. I had already paid for the product, but decided to call and ask about the pricing ($120 filter box, for example) -- but when I asked why they hadn't told me about the price, the secretary started screaming at me about "how they weren't going to eat the cost." I never asked them to eat the cost, I just wanted an explanation of why they added it on without telling me. I told the secretary she had no right to yell at me -- and she hung up. The owner then called me back, called me a "bastard" and threatened to call the police to have the unit ripped out. I told him I had already paid, but if he wanted to call the police, then by all means go ahead. He said he'd do it and hung up. Since my wife is 8 months pregnant, I told his worker to please tell him that I had already paid and that I needed the AC. I ended up begging to please leave me alone and to just take the transaction and go. The owner was bullying, mean, hateful and threatening. Unfortunately the unit has yet to cool as well as the old unit. I can't deal with this company to fix their mistakes so I'll probably have to eat the cost. I would highly recommend you shop around for someone respectful, who tells you about the full price up front, who does the work right. Another side note -- I had them scheduled to come last Friday -- they never showed up and never bothered to call to let me know. I wasted a day off waiting for them. My home warranty rescheduled them on Monday and I asked that they come out FIRST THING so that I didn't have to waste another whole day off of work. One of the worst, scariest customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. If you want more details about the experience, I would be glad to disclose my experience, just shoot me an email.
